• For your report: full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and email address.
• For delivering your gift: postal address, landmark, city, pincode, state and mobile number.
• Payment: payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.

How we use it

• To prepare your personalised numerology, astrology and vastu report.
• To send your report by email and make it available for download.
• To ship your free gift and share delivery details with our courier partner.
• To reply to your queries and process refunds.

Service providers

To prepare and deliver your order, we use trusted third-party services, such as our payment gateway, email service, courier partner, and software tools (including astrology-calculation and AI writing tools) that help us prepare your report. These providers receive only the information needed for their task and handle it under their own privacy terms.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not publish your details or report.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your details only as long as needed to deliver your order, handle queries and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing support@divindigits.in.
