Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 7 November 2026

Every Divin Digits report is prepared personally for each customer using their name and birth details. Because of this, our refund rules depend on whether work on your report has started.

Cancellation before your report is prepared

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund of ₹470 if your report has not yet been prepared. To cancel, email support@divindigits.in with your name and order ID.

After your report is prepared

Once your report has been prepared and made available for download or sent by email, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund is given, as the report is a personalised digital product.

Free gift

The money magnet gift is a free complimentary item included with the report. It has no separate price, so it is not eligible for refund, return or exchange.

Incorrect details

Please check your name, date, time and place of birth before payment. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately — if the report has not been prepared yet, we will correct the details at no extra cost.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, or you were charged twice for the same order, email us with the transaction details. Verified amounts are refunded to the original payment method.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
